Terms of Use
Please read these terms carefully before using our website or purchasing our resources.
Who we are and acceptance
This website and the printable resources offered through it are operated by Mary Ann Canilao, an individual sole proprietor trading as "PriMat Story Studio" ("PriMat Story Studio", "we", "us", "our"). PriMat Story Studio is a trading name used by an individual seller; it is not a registered company, corporation, or limited liability entity. PriMat Story Studio is the creator, supplier, and licensor of the digital products offered through this website. Purchases, however, are sold and fulfilled from a commercial and billing perspective by our authorized reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for each transaction (see the "Payments and Merchant of Record" section below). By accessing or using this website, or by purchasing any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, and — for the purchase transaction itself — by Paddle's Buyer Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase our resources.
License to use our resources
Purchasing a PriMat Story Studio product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable Personal Use License to use the printable resources for your family, classroom, or therapy practice as described on the product page.
Ownership
Ownership of all artwork, layouts, illustrations, branding, and educational content remains with PriMat Story Studio at all times.
Prohibited use
Unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, or commercial use of any PriMat Story Studio content is strictly prohibited. This includes uploading files to public or private sharing platforms.
Website use
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site.
Payments and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for all orders placed through this website, which means Paddle — not PriMat Story Studio — is the seller of record for each transaction and is responsible for payment processing, invoicing, sales tax and VAT collection and remittance, chargebacks, and refunds. PriMat Story Studio remains the creator, supplier, and licensor of the underlying digital products, and provides product support (such as download access and replacement files) via the support email on the Contact page. Prices are shown at checkout in the applicable currency, and Paddle may add applicable taxes based on your location. Your purchase transaction is subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms), which govern the payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics of your order. Refunds are handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's applicable Refund Policy and our Refund Policy, and subject to applicable consumer law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PriMat Story Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or our digital products. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
Service availability and disclaimer
The website and our resources are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep everything running smoothly, we do not guarantee that the site or downloads will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the website or to purchased resources if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay any amount due, engage in fraud or activity that creates a security or legal risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. Where reasonably possible, we will let you know before doing so.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
