Payment security
All payments and order processing are handled by our authorized reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders. As Merchant of Record, Paddle is responsible for the sale itself, including payment processing, billing, invoicing, sales tax and VAT collection and remittance, chargebacks, and refunds. Paddle collects and processes billing information, payment card details, and tax data directly and independently as a separate and independent data controller for those activities, in line with Paddle's own privacy notice. PriMat Story Studio does not receive or store your full payment card details.
Data sharing and subprocessors
We share personal data only with parties who help us run the business, including: our Merchant of Record and payments provider (Paddle) for sales, subscription management, tax compliance, invoicing, and refunds; hosting and infrastructure providers who operate this website and our backend; email delivery providers used to send order confirmations, download links, and support responses; and professional advisers or authorities where required by law.
Email communications
You may receive emails related to your purchase (order confirmations, download links, and support responses). Marketing emails are only sent if you have subscribed, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
